Great fitness watch hardware, poor fitness software

03/16/2016 Bought Mio FUSE 4 weeks ago to replace my aging Nike FuelBand SE+. In general I am satisfied with the quality of the watch and its various functions, however I am disappointed with the lack of functionality of the application and its data analysis. I've tried Basis Peak, Garmin VivoActive and others and found MioFUSE to be the best fit for my lifestyle. Watch Design: The watch is very comfortable to wear during daily activities and sleep. Pros
  • Bluetooth Smart (4.0) syncs wirelessly with popular fitness apps.
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

I will train thoroughly every week and show my findings as simply as possible. I have a lot of information that I am summarizing. So if you have any other questions, feel free to ask them. For my test, I did a variety of exercises, including HIIT, SMIT, moderate-intensity stationary cardio, jogging, and strength training. While neither device can truly measure…

Pros
  • To add sleep tracking, simply update the firmware through the Mio GO app.
Cons
  • Something else

Before you buy this portable monitor, there are a few things you should know about this portable monitor. First, it is very comfortable and is made of flexible silicone. It feels soft even when you wear it tight as recommended. Easy to put on, easy to take off. I wear it over my watch and also flip it over with the clasp on my forearm, it's comfortable either way. When activated, he doesn't move, and after acquiring HR he doesn't lose them. I wore it all night and didn't even know it was there.

Pros
  • Only works with the Mio PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) app.
Cons
  • Available in white only
