The ball fell from above

This is a good hat and fits as expected. Unfortunately, the fluffy ball on top just fell off after a day. It doesn't seem to be attached very well. I have to say the customer service was great when contacted and responded quickly.

  • My daughter loves it and I am very happy with the quality and the look. There will be another one for the next winter season!

  • When we washed it the ball on top started to look disgusting

The quality is excellent, the color is as in the photo!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas because she wanted a hat like mine. She just turned 5, medium height for her age, the hat is a bit big but it doesn't fall in her eyes/face. She's a bit sloppy on top, so she'll definitely get a lot of use out of the hat. The quality is excellent! I recommend!

  • Nice hat, but more tan than light mustard. Other than that, it's a nice product.

The "blush " hat is brown.

Very upset that they think this 'red' hat is some form of pink as shown in their photo. It's definitely brown. It's also very big. On my head it's bigger than my grown-up Columbia hat. The hat and the fur bobble look beautiful. Unfortunately my daughter is not interested in the brown hat so I will be returning it.

My ten year old daughter loves this hat. She used to have a pink hat, and she said it was very warm and "grown up." Although it's a bit big, she likes it.

Worth the money but not much for kids under 10

I ordered this for my 9 year old daughter and the top stands her out a bit but she seems to love it. I think she looks adorable in it. It's good quality and very warm.

  • Perfect for a teenage girl. A bit cramped for adults. Black is a true deep black. Nice bobble.

  • A blush hat is NOT a pretty pink. It looks more like beige.

Like the hat! good for me

The hat is too big on small heads, but they can still wear it. It's very cute and comfortable. Lots of compliments from others while wearing the hat.

Charming final review

I ordered a pair of these hats for my daughter and she loves them, the only downside is the blush hat is actually almost the same color as the purple hat and not as pink as it looks in the photos.

Not for children!

Too big for a 9 year old girl. She was impressed by how tall she was, so she didn't wear a hat in the freezing snowy weather. This hat suits me, I'm 35 years old. Why are they listing it for kids and also the ball fell off the top within a week after only wearing it once that week. I had to buy another age appropriate hat.
