Disappointing Design and Customer Service

Based on my experience in men's fashion, this belt falls short of expectations. The gunmetal buckle looks cheap and tarnishes easily. Additionally, the customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve an issue with my order. The only positive is the ratchet feature, which makes adjusting sizing easy. Overall though, I would not recommend this belt to others.

Decent belt and excellent customer service from Misson Belt

This belt is exactly what I was looking for and worth the money. I plan on getting a few more in the next few months and I highly recommend checking them out. they are fine, they stay where they are supposed to stay. The only downside is getting used to the locking system and the strap release, but once you get used to it, it's not a thing at all. Update: I still use this belt as a daily belt, I still love it and wear it all the time, but the design of the belt is now in question. After a few…

At first glance the strap seems to be of good quality but it doesn't hold up well.

Was pleased with the fine workmanship of this strap upon first arrival. A very heavy buckle (maybe even too much), a strong strap and a reliable tensioning mechanism. Over time, I became disillusioned with him. I use this belt 90% in the office. The brass finish of the "buckle" has worn away over time to reveal a bluish silver underneath. This is very ugly and there is nothing you can do about it. The train click seems to be heard throughout the day, so you have to pull it throughout the day…
