When I first ordered this. The company claimed it was a cotton dress. When I received the first dress, the bottom row of fabric was sewn into the second row. I ordered a change of dress. First, this style is very cute, which is very bad. I ordered a medium and it fits everywhere (loose and flowy like in the picture) except the shoulders. I don't have wider than average shoulders, but this dress is narrow in the shoulders which creates a flex in the bust.
