Wider than expected

The pliers are manageable but the tips are much wider than expected so not my preferred pliers. I will continue to use the $5 I bought in the trash can at the bead show. They are useful for opening jump rings in hard-to-reach places.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Can hurt

Surprise Use - fixing radiators.

I've been looking for a way to straighten the radiator fins and read a lot of air conditioning inspiration, but none of them have proven useful for a car radiator. These pliers have a fairly narrow tip, just the right width, no indentations, and are great for repairing curved ribs. It's not fun, but rebuilding a heatsink after minor damage saved me over $100, so it was worth it.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Great pliers

I use them to make jewelry and they make my job easier. I bought a pair of plain pliers that didn't come with a pair and settled on these. They are comfortable to use and don't require a lot of pressure or force to squeeze them together. My only (minor) problem with them is that my hands get oily after a while and I think it's coming from the tips of my nose. . I've never bought pliers, so I don't know if it's standard to lubricate the metal parts of the tools after production πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈβ€¦

  • Not bad, but...

Don't press hard enough for my average bead work. I don't use them.

I don't like these beads. Don't put too much pressure on her or she won't hold out. Imagine trying to unscrew a stuck nut with tweezers. They leaned forward and didn't grab him far enough to turn him over. I don't even use them. I mean, I don't do any construction work with them! Simple wire bending! I was excited to get these as I wanted to upgrade my pair of pliers that I currently use. (Cheap from Michaels in a 4 pack) They work better than these and I've had them for years! They are only…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin
