Looks pretty good on pillows, inserts and covers

Cushion inserts 18x18. The filler is mostly evenly distributed in the pillow. It's VERY flat when you unfold it damn it. It swells up after a few minutes. If you need a flatter pillow, buy 18x18 pillowcases. If you want a thicker pillow, buy 16x16 pillowcases. Any of these will work, just depends on the look and feel you want.

So thin it looks like a medical gauze compress...definitely not a pillow whatsoever

As thin as a medical gauze pad...costs nothing unless you want to dress a wound, in which case there are much cheaper options. Definitely don't buy this expecting it to be a pillow. They're not even shorty pillows. It's as if the pillow was broken off 1 week after it was created. It's terrible. Literally just a cheesecloth.

Bumpy and flat a few days later, not very "outdoors "

I ordered these pillowcases for my front porch. Came in vacuum packaging, this is normal. When I opened the outer plastic I could smell a mildew/musty odor. I don't understand why they smell like that (no stains etc) but as these are outdoor cushions I just let them air out. However, the most disappointing thing is that these pillows are lumpy and flat. I know they should puff up over time but it's been DAYS and they haven't puffed up and they feel like an old pillow that I should have thrownโ€ฆ
