I can only give a limited rating because it applies to my hair type. I have very fine, straight, greasy hair with a very dry scalp. The shampoo seems to have helped my scalp somewhat, but it left my hair incredibly greasy.

I was looking for a sulfate free product. This shampoo came up when I searched and clicked on sulfate free. The second ingredient is sulfate. It smells unpleasant, the hair becomes dry and brittle. It didn't help my dandruff either. All in all a waste of my money.

Smells good and luckily doesn't have a lot of lather. However, I've used it for multiple washes and haven't noticed any difference on my dandruff. Not worth the price for something that has the same ingredients as head and shoulders

I bought this shampoo for my seventeen year old child. She uses a perm from this company and has terrible dandruff. This shampoo helps her get rid of dandruff and itchy scalp. It smells great too.

I love the feel and smell of this shampoo. When you use it for the first time, it's a bit strange that the texture is creamy like a lotion. I was worried it might be oily or something like a conditioner, but it cleans VERY WELL (I'm talking spotless clean). Also, I've battled dandruff for a long time and have been using Head and Shoulders for years with little to no results. I've even tried blue Selsun (which sucks worse) and it REALLY WORKS. I find it really good for my hair (do not dry/toast)
