👟 Mizuno Wave Sky 4 Waveknit Women's Running Shoe Review

They appear to be a bit smaller than the new Wave Sky 5 models so I bought the Wave Sky 4 a half size up. They are incredibly comfortable with lots of pillows. Even more comfortable than my Skechers cushioned Max hiking shoes. I couldn't believe it when I first compared them. I received this shoe in multiple colors! I just wish they had more fun colors!

They work a lot less than I thought. The heel drop is lower than I expected. I always wear street shoes half a size bigger than I wear, so I put them on and ran. Well the shit is too small and I wore it so I can't return it. The fingers are pathetic and crooked. I will not be able to wear them to run and cannot exchange them for a larger size. Just don't order faded sneakers. Is always!

I took these as a replacement for my Wave Sky 2. The big difference with the Sky 4 compared to the 2 was that the padding around the ankle was reduced, which I prefer. The tongue has virtually no padding. The outsole is quite stiff and as other reviewers have pointed out I wouldn't call it a running shoe but a great hiking shoe. I buy a 9.5 for a regular shoe size 8, which gives me ample toe spacing between the front of the shoe and the big toe.

This is not an athletic shoe, I tried to wear it to tennis and my feet slipped everywhere. Plus, it's a wonderfully comfortable casual/fashion sneaker that will make you feel like you're walking on clouds! But too wide towards the toe and the smaller size was too small in my toes. I love these shoes! They have a very nice color and are very comfortable. Just not for sports unless you want to break your toenail for high impact sports. BUT. They are not advertised as athletic shoes!

Chronic pain in the foot, heel. This is my 3rd pair. I wore the last pair too long. I knew the parties were lightened up and kept putting off ordering a new pair... old friends, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis come in😢😡. Delivered just last week.
