I do a lot of freehand painting (I like to challenge myself). I'm a diy nail artist completely self taught by watching YouTube, Instagram, and trial and error. The colors in this cube are vibrant and the consistency is good for fine lines and details. It was a little sticky at first but you get used to that pretty easily. It will self level it just needs a longer to happen. Try to float your brush as much as possible to avoid deep brush stroke marks.

This solid gel polish is not as sheer as other brands, which is a good thing. I have it three stars for the "sheerness” category because I would like it to be more opaque so I could use fewer coats. It takes three thin coats to reach the desired opacity. I mean, you don’t actually want these types of products to be sheer. Especially darker shades and colors. The gel applies fairly well, with minimal streaking. It wears as well as any other brand I’ve tried.

I purchased this kit after I wanted to start taking care of my nails again like I used to when I was in my 20's. It’s a nice product, you just don’t get a lot. It comes with instructions and a nice brush. I did one full set with 2 coats. You can see in the second photo that it used about half of the product. It’s a transparent shade (the blue in the center of the nails is adhesive for the nail stand) but I definitely used two coats. I am in love with cream gel polishes! Modelones have a wonderfully smooth pudding texture and this set (the Jelly Neutral Nude Pink White collection) is exactly as described: translucent, like jelly polishes, but without the glitter, which I found hard to find.
