I love this for its style/sturdiness and I even bought it in several colors BUT the hole for the stick gets STUCK and it’s impossible to clean so you cannot put another incense stick in it. I’ve tried tweezers/safety pins- everything but it’s impossible. So I end up making a hole so big it won’t hold a stick again!I wish they’d figure something out! This incense burner is very very beautiful. It is probably one of the prettiest I have seen which is the reason I purchased it. However, there is a VERY BIG PROBLEM. It is just a tray for show. When one burns incense the ash will naturally fall on to the tray and the finish of the tray burns off. It is not in any way heat proof and one single use damages the tray and could possibly start a fire. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASING OR BETTER STILL CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE!

This product is perfect and does everything it is intended for. The tray itself is easy to clean, and its wide enough that there is no clean up around the holder necessary. I find that most incense holders cause a lot of mess around them, and I am happy to find one that isn't so messy.

I didn’t like the fact that when I burned my incense, the ashes burned the enamel picture that sat inside . So I was very disappointed in the product in that regard. Otherwise I would have given it a higher rating.

This is a well-crafted, practical and beautiful incense holder. I appreciate that other reviews may have criticized the hole width and depth, but the one I received maintains a perfect fit for standard incense sticks. The orientation of the sticks while burning is fine, offset just enough to avoid touching (and it looks nice while burning). I’m so happy I ordered this! The incense holder is much bigger than pictured, which is exactly what I wanted. No more ashes on the table. Easy to clean. Non slip pads on the bottom keep it in place. Can burn two incense at a time which is great for someone like me who burns them consistently. I ordered the white.

When the cherry falls off onto the c on a Ted area it burns and made me think something was on fire in my house. Nice burn holes in it

This is a great product for someone who burns incense! I’ve tried MANY different incarnations of incense burners only to get ash all over the table and sometimes the hole got too big and the sticks won’t stay. With this one it’s a different ballgame! It’s long enough and wide enough to catch all the ash with none on the table! HIGHLY recommended! 👍🏻

This product is lovely, holds the incense sticks and all the ash with no spillage. My only problem is that the material covering the pretty pattern is not burn resistant. I needed to put out a burning incense (which I always did with my old wooden incense holder) and when I pressed the tip of the hot incense to the incense holder, it burned through the design.

Honestly, best incense holder buy I've ever made, and I've bought a dang ceramic/resin dragon that's cool as heck but just isn't the elegance and perfection this holder hits. This thing stays out in the open (because that basin is GORGEOUS, no matter what pattern you choose). Used it twice, second time being with an incense cone. Assumed an incense burner would be heat resistant but it melted the surface. It was pretty but there wasn't anything in the discription that said it not to use it for cones. Idk what I'll do with now.
