Folkulture's products are of poor quality, and the company's service is unsatisfactory.

I have to state that I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the products that I purchased from Folkulture as well as the service that I received. The products that I bought included some kitchen and household linens. The dishcloths, dish towels, tablecloths, and cooking and dining linens that I bought were all of a low quality. The materials had a cheap and flimsy feel to them, and after just one cleaning, the colors had lost their vibrancy. In addition, after only a few uses, the
