This arrived in one fairly small package. Very heavy for it's 38 pounds. All parts, plus extras were included. Instructions were pretty simple to follow. The first row was a little tricky, but then it went up pretty easy. Be sure to get your parts to snap into place. Instructions such, its OK for the first 2 cubes but after that fir a 25 cube box very bad, had to check b online, but not much. The plastic is thinner cheaper then I expected. Once assembled the doors are either uneven and dont close square , one cracked, and metal corner came apart. If any part us missing aligned hard to go back and fix cuz other parts start coming apart. I should have listened to neg reviews, but I don't always think they are right so I took a chance. But It holds alot, can't
