good shower head. I don't use all 5 functions, but I really like the normal spray. Looks expensive but if it lasts it's worth it. Brushed nickel goes well with other lights.

I first saw this on the Moen website. I wanted to replace an old Moen shower head. I love the refresh shower head. I wanted to buy another one for another bathroom but the price went up in just a few days!

Clear, elegant lines without being obtrusive. Easy to install, no tools required. You have to wrap the steps with a thin film of silicone tape, but that's about it. Water is leaking, what else do you need? Should last a while!

We have medium hard water. Not enough for a water softener. That showerhead gets clogged every week. The water tank is not removable, so it must be removed and cleaned. I've loved every Moen shower head I've ever bought but this one sucks.

I got this because my plumber wanted me to get Moen and it was well priced and not too expensive. I returned it as due to the flow of water I took a longer shower just to wash and rinse my hair. I looked and couldn't tell it had a flow restrictor. There wasn't much of a difference between the various functions.

Great shower head. Nice drawing and nice feeling in the soul. The flow is reasonable and with city water pressure there is a good shower. Fast massage, fast massage + spray, spray, slow massage + spray and slow message - settings I have enough. The large tab is easy to move. Looks good and easy to assemble with no teflon tap. In the past Moen has supported their products with just a phone call, so I am happy and confident that this will continue to be the case.

Many thanks to the seller for the fast and well packaged delivery and the price was better than in stores. Although the quality of my last two Moen products has deteriorated compared to our previous Moen products - mainly. For the price - this shower head works well and is easy to install. To be fair I'm comparing it to our old Moens made years ago when quality didn't compromise for profit so I feel like the downside now is that the 'energy' and 'power' features Massage” are so close together…
