Looks great. I bought two and they were delivered on time. The package was well protected and undamaged. I know Moen products and they are genuine. Follow the directions as I've read some comments about directions that are slightly different from the measurements I matched perfectly using the chart. I highly recommend this product. If you prefer the bar not to roll, it's easy to adjust.

Although this looks like it SHOULD be a good towel rail, I've kept trying to install it on the wall. It's a simple process and I've installed dozens of these things over the years, but for some reason the hardware that was sent to me was NOT working. What ended up being disappointing became a stripped down product and I had to toss it for recycling. If you order this don't be like me - try to install it within the original return window or you might get stuck with lemon like me.

I don't know if these are factory seconds or not but the price was great. The installation took a lot longer than it should have because the markings on the stencil paper seemed a bit wide. I had to adjust the mount a few times to keep the rod from hanging too much in the mount.
