Moen Small Chrome Yorkshire Bathroom Hand Towel Ring 5386CH Review

I have just received this towel ring holder but like other buyers it is missing a small screw to attach it so I cannot use it! Tried a screw from a previous holder, didn't work and tried calling Moen support, waited about 2 hours to speak to anyone! What a waste! UPDATE: I was finally able to speak to a Moen representative and they are sending me a replacement for free. Thank you!

Waste of money, instructions in a different language and it squeaks so loudly when even the smallest part is moved. Every time you try to dry your hands it squeaks and then falls off the wall. Attached equipment is not durable and will fall off immediately. Save yourself an extra hole in the wall to patch, I threw it in the trash an hour after buying it, I couldn't take it anymore.

We have recently started swapping out items in our 12 year old house after finding Moen to be worth the money. I bought 3 of these towel rails and was very happy with the durability, the materials used and the look. I highly recommend shopping for these bathroom items and other matching items found here at Revain. While these towel rails are a bit more expensive, they are durable enough not to need to be replaced for a long time.

Super junkie and surprised that Moen would agree to put his name on a cheap product like this. The rest of my home is outfitted with quality Moen products, but this towel rail is out of place. It is very light and the holder is hollow giving it a very cheap look. When the towel rail moves, it creaks. I ended up going to IKEA and for $7 their version of the towel rail was much sturdier. Would not recommend this product.

I ordered a towel hook and it was pretty easy to install but once assembled it looked really nice on the wall. I ordered a second one but it didn't have the small screw needed to hold the ring in place. I contacted the manufacturer about the missing part and was told I would get a response within 48 hours. Moen makes quality bathroom products and this one is no exception. The shiny chrome and design of this holder gives my bathroom a more modern and elegant look.
