Just a few months after installation all these products are pulling out of the walls leaving gaping holes. The product itself is great, but save yourself the hassle and order a large box of wall anchors and use those instead of those toggles. Wall anchors in the open position are usually fine, but they are designed to be installed vertically when folded. However, you cannot mount them vertically with these products because the mounting scheme requires them to be stacked on top of each other, so

Installation took about 10 minutes and looks as described. The mount fits the stand well and feels very solid so hopefully it will last a long time. One thing to note is that the stand is a bit longer than most towel rails - I didn't notice that when reading the measurements. I like the design of this holder, it's beautiful. It's a little annoying to wall mount just because, by definition, since it's a towel rail, you have to work in an incredibly tight space between the screw and the wall. My problem is that my piece is literally crooked. The bracket triangle that attaches to the wall mounted part has literally been made slightly askew so it looks slightly crooked on the wall no matter how it is manipulated. Bath products can be incredibly expensive for what you get. I was looking for a good price on a polished nickel finish and had a few specific features that I needed most and this set suited me. It also offered a nice functional design with some round and square elements that go well together. We purchased three of these half rings for our renovated bathroom to match the double and single 24" towel rails on the same Retreat model. However, they stick out too far from the wall. This can be ok if it works well, but in my case it's too big and there's no room to trim down like the rod models. You could cut the rods shorter in a pinch, but not in a way that keeps them closer to the wall. I love them and they are well made as are the TP holders but I think I'll have to sell them on Ebay…
