The installation is not very easy. The holes you need to make on each side are close enough together that you can bend the drywall. In addition, it is difficult to install the bars in place. Finally bar rolls which is a little annoying. I wouldn't buy it again.

Quality product. The same is sold at twice the price at Bed Bath & Beyond. The manufacturer (Moen) will replace for life if the item breaks. Can't beat Moen. Better than Kolya. I had to replace one bought from another store, photograph the damage and replace it.

Updated version of the heated towel rail we already had. Looks the same, but one of our old ones was missing a piece. Rather than buying a brand new set of rods we went with this new one. It looks the same but no longer uses the part we missed.

This towel rail from Moen is a good product. Just few minutes for installation (follow the instructions). Very durable with wall anchors. For the anchors, you'll need to use a 5/16" drill bit that looks like you're going to drill a large hole in the wall. But this is the right decision. The end result is a stylish and durable towel warmer.

This is a high quality towel rail that holds towels well. My boyfriend and I chose 24" because 18" doesn't seem wide enough to fully dry a bath towel.
