🧻 Moen P5050BN Contemporary Brushed Nickel Paper Holder, 3'' H x 7.5'' W x 2.4'' D Review

Surprisingly low quality for Moen. Very cheaply made and there was a mark on the finish. It wasn't in a box, just in a cheap plastic bag, which looked very suspicious of a fake. I returned it.

Based on another review I was concerned that it would look plastic and cheap. It feels stable and attaches well to the wall. The spring is loose in the tube mount which is a bit annoying but for the price I'm happy with it.

I received it today. Contains tips only. There is no pulley to hold the TP, no instructions, no screws, no hardware. It doesn't say what brand it is either. I am returning the item and buying elsewhere!

Came in a mess in a broken plastic bag with no Moen name anywhere on it. Light and poor workmanship. This toilet paper holder is supplied without wall anchors and assembly instructions. In addition, the toilet paper roll rubs against the wall after installation because the holder does not protrude far enough. Would NOT buy again.

This thing looks nice and sturdy once installed. I took off two stars because the kit didn't come with a template to know how far apart the brackets are on the wall. As a result, mine was too tight and getting the part that holds the toilet paper to fill it was harder than it should be.

I liked the product and the quality, it came in a plastic bag with screws but nothing else instructions or a small tool to install I was lucky to have an eyeglass repair kit with small screwdrivers which he left, otherwise I would have sent him back. I am associated with it being sold to contractors who have all the knowledge but it works and works well and it is of high quality and we are happy.

I was looking for the cheapest brushed nickel towel ring and toilet roll holder I could find. I chose them because I like the square design of the pieces that connect to the wall more than the round ones. Also, the toilet paper holder has a metallic feel rather than cheap plastic like some. I'm completely satisfied with it, I don't think you can get anything better from the more expensive ones.

You get what you pay for. It was way cheaper than the American standard I bought but the metal is sooo thin. It looks nice when installed but feels quite fragile, like you could crush it like a soda can. I gave it 3 stars because it was a lot cheaper than the American standard I bought which costs 4 times the price of this one. If it's in your price range, I'd recommend it. If you can afford more I would buy the American Standard. This metal is very thin.
