Moen P5860BN Donner Contemporary Towel Ring: Stylish Brushed Nickel Accessory for Bathrooms Review

I just received this beautiful towel ring but the handle doesn't fit the wall plate and the screw is useless! I think that's why it's so cheap! Will return! What a disappointment! Broken item!

It doesn't look cheap and you pay less money. just regular towel rings, nothing bad, nothing fancy or cheap, just ordinary. And it doesn't cost much. I think it's a good buy if you don't want anything that stands out or is very trendy, again just a common everyday item.

No jacks or tools to tighten the mounting screw were included which was a bit annoying. They look great but are very cheap. Not sure how much action they can take. Mostly just plastic. Wouldn't order again but needs work done in our rental department.

I was looking for the cheapest brushed nickel toilet paper and towel holder I could find. I chose them because I like the square design of the pieces that connect to the wall more than the round ones. The matching toilet paper holder also feels more metallic than cheap plastic like some. I'm completely satisfied with it, I don't think you can get anything better from the more expensive ones.

Too cheap, even for less than 9.00. It feels and looks more like something half price. Very easy installation as we drilled through wood. Mollies are not included. The only thing I liked was the use of a small flat head screwdriver instead of an Allen key. I'm already looking for a new one. Edit: I paid $4.00 more for another towel ring and it's 100 percent better than this one and just as easy to install.

Chinsy Trash. We have just replaced 4 towel rings in our house, 2 were missing set screws. The quality is incredibly thin and terrible. The ring is also wider than it should be. NO typical MOEN quality. I really don't think this is a genuine item - looks like a crappy contractor quality item. I never review anything, but I'm posting this to hopefully spare the next few people this product issue.
