I bought my pen through Craigslist and the nib was partially damaged when I received it but not bad enough that I wanted to replace it. That was my attitude until my dog found and ate my pen and lost the tip somewhere in my house. The new nib works great and takes away the stress of scratching the screen with a broken nib.

I was a little skeptical about this product but they are exactly the same as the Microsoft branded tips. They press the screen evenly and work well for drawing on my Surface Pro.
