The swimsuit itself is good and I didn't have a problem with the shine through. However, I don't think it's swimming trunks. Even if you have a heavy butt, they definitely won't open up all the way. I am persevering as I plan to lose some weight.

I love this costume. I'm 5'3 and 150 lbs. I'm an active person so I don't need a traditional bathing suit as I enjoy running and playing with my grandkids. I was very surprised when I tried it on and I liked it immediately. I bought a big one. Not sure how it will hold up in the water and if the tip will rise. I will try to update the information about it later.

For the price, it's good value. The fit is comfortable, if maybe a little loose at the seams, so I sometimes worry about the upper slipping off, shall we say, too grossly, but so far so good. And one more minor downside - the fabric feels thin, but again, great value for money. This is a comfortable swimsuit, colors have not faded, seams have not unraveled (although there is a thread hanging from the briefs for a long time), after 10+ washes it seems to be holding up now!

I really like this swimsuit. I went up the size because I have big hips so I knew the top would be a bit big. With the bodice being a little big, the cups sitting oddly and the inside of the fabric protruding, you probably won't have a problem if you order the right size. The bottoms fit great but like most swim shorts with integrated underwear the underwear was a bit tighter than I would have liked so I have to adjust it a bit.
