Just what I was looking for in computer accessories and peripherals

A way to mount two monitors at eye level to reduce neck and shoulder strain. It was necessary to drill a hole in the table; Otherwise it seemed like it would tip over if the arms weren't positioned correctly. But it's worth being able to position your hands the way you want.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Hard to say

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cannot be used with a large 32 " monitor.

DO NOT RECEIVE IF YOU ONLY HAVE 1 MONITOR! The monitor is in a higher weight range (16.5 lbs), but it won't stand alone at all. Unfortunately my purchase date is too far away to return or I will come back for a monitor mount as I don't have a second ATM screen. It's pretty obvious that he even needs a counterbalance.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Not the best, not the worst

Bought one of the shares on Prime Day. When it arrived I thought the box was much lighter than the other three of the same kind. After assembling the stand and adding two 23" monitors, I found that the base wasn't heavy enough to support my monitors to wear. I have not noticed it. This stand requires you to drill a hole in the table and use a grommet mount to stabilize the base. The stand also does not have a size 1 hex wrench - the size used to adjust the arms.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for seniors

Pretty easy to install; seems to be working fine.

Materials appear solid when opened, all hardware and tools (except Phillips screwdriver) included. Monitor screws are also included. Cable clips are handy for a cleaner installation. The setup instructions were easy enough, and it only took my two 23-inch monitors about 30 minutes to set up - the hardest part was removing the stands from my monitors. The monitors are now so high that I can open my laptop underneath as a third screen. After a few days I am satisfied with my purchase.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Doubtful

Sturdy, if a bit heavy at the front when fully loaded.

This turned out to be easier to set up than I thought. The pictures in the instructions are clear. This stand is very solid - I have two 24" monitors on it and it stays where I put it. The only issue I had was that the two monitors almost rebalanced and fell face down. I have supported a very heavy artbook. on an inch stand at the back. If you can drill a hole in the table, I'd recommend using the two pieces that come with it as a clamp to hold it in place if you're using heavier monitors. Or…

More options for less money

I work in IT and have built many, many dual monitor stands. So many that I can probably do it in my sleep. The ones at work are "more powerful" than this model, but cost MUCH more. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use this stand in a work environment. This stand is worth way more than I paid for it. Seriously, it was theft. A very well made product. The only thing I would change, and this is being really picky, is to use black screws to attach the brackets to the monitors. The entire…

Works well when something is unbalanced

For the price, all the major components are fairly strong and metal. The adjustable hinge on the left is not strong enough to hold my Dell U2413 monitor along with all these accessories. So it's worth noting that it can actually only accommodate a lot more than a monitor + power + display cable. However, they didn't advertise it as heavy duty. The base itself, not attached to your desk, requires strict adherence to the instructions. Make sure she is pushed all the way back for balance…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Protection

Fits monitor arms

Seems solid and does what I need it to do. One important thing to note is that this will only work if you actually drill your table (or attach it through an existing hole). I figured I could skip drilling and use it as a free standing stand. I don't think you can do this with every monitor. I have two 24" screens but I think I would have the same problems with 19" screens. Remember - the nut that attaches the base to the table from below is BIG. I had to fit it into an existing drawer cavity…
