I bought this product to power/charge my HP Envy 13 laptop Given the content of the description and the images associated with this product, I fully and quite expected that it contains all the necessary parts perform this function. Note that sometimes this means charging the device at up to 87W. The attached images from the provider show and describe the charging functions. Detailed specifications show the charging options. Product received on 4/24/21, two ViewSonic Mod# VS16029 monitors connected to my Dell laptop. First use today 27th April 2021 please note the product is a little warm we will test this week to see if that changes. I don't know if this is normal. Works well with 2 monitors, solid build quality

I work from home and finally decided to order a second monitor. My work laptop only has one HDMI port so I wanted to split the display into 2 HDMI ports for 2 monitors. Tiny but beautiful!

This is an amazing product in a tiny (!) form factor! I was initially annoyed that it's so small, expecting it won't work, and that it needs a separate adapter for charging (yes, it's in the detailed description!)....but dual monitors work without external ones too power supply ! Works great with my Dell Inspiron. Haven't tried it with my Mac or MS Surface, will test with both and update here.
