I have excellent quality cables. I love using the best. Are these the best? I don't know but they are way better than the VERY EXPENSIVE and well known quality name I've been using. How do I know? Because they sound thicker, stronger and better? Yes, but I recorded one in one channel and the other in another. I have been working in audio and video for 30 years. I recently bought new Bose L1 Model II speakers and needed connection cables. Bought 8 cables, different lengths and ends. After 6 months I noticed a speaker getting quieter and then dying. I checked the wires and 3 out of 8 wires have a short between the RING and BUSHING wires. When I received them new, they passed the test normally. If you have Monoprice cables and cords, I recommend checking them with a meter for shorts between conductors.
