Slim Design: Our beveled step-down design creates a secure connection, while the connector heads are thin enough to plug into a smartphone with a protective case installed. Durable: We bend tested this cable over 5,000 times with no damage to the cable or change in performance. The premium aluminum connectors provide an extra measure of durability. Gold Plated: Gold plated plugs ensure smooth, corrosion-free connections every time. Stereo Audio: TRS (tip-ring-sleeve) plugs provide three conductors for the ground/return and for transmitting left and right channel audio data.

The cheapest at Revain.

They are very long and can take a real hit from my wife who is not very careful with her electronics which is good they are very cheap so if my wife breaks this cable ( which I doubt she will be) Replacement is cheap.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Weak set

Good quality for the price.

I was impressed with the quality at this price point. I was expecting something "cheaper". The sound quality is good too - for the money 5 stars, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is very thin. I've stepped on it many times and it still works.

  • Pleasant

No copper, no signal.

I used this as a signal to turn on the amplifier. pictures are deceptive. The outer portion of the wire starts at 20 gauge, the 3 inner wires were under 28 gauge. To be honest I didn't see any copper in the continuity test wires. There is no way to open the cork. I don't know how much cheaper they could build.

  • Nice packaging

Cheap and thin. save your money

Let's start with yes it's a very cheap cable and I would say only if you really need it but that's it. For those who want the best cable that won't break, I'd suggest spending a little more, even if it's a few bucks. Believe me, it can save you in the long run. It works via cable. The problem I have with the product is that it is very thin and the lifespan is very low.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Quality

I liked the price. But not the quality. You get what you pay for. I know a lot about audio, components, cables, etc. They are cheap and poorly shielded against EMI. They work for most things, but not the ones you need for clean sound. Not sure if AWG has three inner wires, but they must be very thin (bad) since the cable (three conductors, shield - if any - and outer jacket) is very thin. I would never buy again.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • There are cons

REVISION: Bought 2 and BOTH work fine

REVISION 05/28/19: My initial review was extremely negative because I gifted these cables to someone who used them on their devices. THE PROBLEM IS PERSONAL THE DEVICE IS NOT IN THE CABLES. I brought them home and decided to try them out on some of my devices and they play well. There is no popping or mute noise. The person I gave it to is "tyrannical" - you know those people who plug their cords into their devices and then have to buy new devices because the connectors get damaged. "Weโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Almost never
