This is NOT a CROSSOVER cable

I ordered this cable yesterday and received it today. I am an IT manager and a computer scientist. I checked the wiring right after opening the box. This is a straight cable, NOT a CROSSOVER cable.

Good Quality Cables, Best in Category 6 Cables

We used this cable for a special project to solve a problem in our data center. This helped connect our two switches and pinned it just the way we needed it. Great purchase and delivered very quickly!

Pros
  • Computer Accessories & Peripherals
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Don't take this if you need 10GB of speed.

Purchased to connect a computer to a NAS. Previously, the copy speed from NAS to computer was 835MB per second at 10G. After installing this cable, they are less than 125MB per second at 10G. The cable I replaced with this was a 3 foot version of the same cable. Unsatisfied.

Pros
  • Ethernet cable
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
