About 6 months after installing this stand I have been busy cleaning and tidying my desk. As I removed the monitor and lifted the stand off the table, I heard two loud clangs. Two legs just fell off! They were only kept on some kind of double-sided tape that took a few months to dry out. Also, the first stand I ordered came without legs, and Revain had to send me a replacement.

I'm very happy with this product, it arrived on time and after unpacking I found that 3 of the missing legs had holes in the box were, and the legs rolled out after careful inspection. I found the remaining legs had fallen out of a hole in the box so perhaps more careful packaging is recommended for sale although the item is well made and sturdy I really like it and works well. when I raise my screen to a more comfortable level.
