Description of Monroe 34671 Gas Magnum Truck Absorber

1-3/8 inch Bore: Lower operating pressure than standard 1 inch bore units. 2 inch Reserve Tube: More fluid for more consistent performance. 5/8 inch Piston Rod: Heavy-duty nitro carburized rod for long service life. On non-dust shield units only. All Weather Fluid: Contains special modifiers to reduce friction and ensure smooth rod reaction. Full Displaced Valving: Better valving range on both the compression and extension cycles of the unit for a smooth comfortable ride.

Cheap and Unstable Suspension

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I wouldn't recommend this suspension to anyone .Although it may be cheap, it creates instability and makes for a bumpy ride..

easy return, quick credit

Order placed on 01/03/2015 1 of 3 was defective, easy return, quick credit. The last two were installed about three months ago but still offer cushioning. It is recommended to leave the plastic tape in place to make it easier to align the holes on the frame. They were 90% cheaper than local and free S&H. After 6 months the rear shocks started to sag (no heavy trailer or load) and the right side sagged more (I would have thought the side would be lower at 300 in the driver's seat). However, I…
