The excellent shock absorbers had a little trouble fitting them to my 2000 Winnebago Adventurer but I was able to install them. All the equipment that came with it made the job a lot easier. So far very happy with my purchase. The drive of my mobile home has improved somewhat.

They went in easily, fitted perfectly, and all four took less time.

Ordered these for my 1997 Fleetwood Van, 34ft long, 20,000 lbs. The old shocks were removed, they fitted easily, fitted perfectly and all four took less than two hours to install. The difference in handling is amazing. They made an amazing difference in ride quality and handling. This includes the wobbling motion of passing Seis on the Autobahn. Driving has evolved from an uncomfortable experience into a one-handed activity. This is by far the best return I have ever had on my RV.

Good price, reliable shock absorber.

Almost half the price of NAPA. Napa uses the exact same part number and classifies these 557004 shocks as heavy duty and I found them to look more reliable than the old ones. They drove right in a vintage 1983 Georgie Boy van on a GM P30 chassis. These rear shocks had a plastic loop to keep them from stretching during shipping that I left in place until I hung them and then removed them with a pair of dams. I haven't installed the front yet and haven't ridden it yet. Fingers crossed for them to

Pros
  • Shock and vibration resistant
Cons
  • Large and bulky
