Disappointing Performance of Shock Absorbers

I purchased these shock absorbers for my automotive vehicle but unfortunately they didn't live up to my expectations. Through trial and error, I found that they were not able to provide the desired level of suspension and handling as advertised. The only positive aspect was the ease of installation. The cons outweighed the sole pro, resulting in a regretful purchase.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting shock absorber that provides smooth and controlled handling on the road.
Cons
  • May have a higher price point compared to other shock absorber options on the market.

NOT new the best among spares

The shock absorbers I received were NOT new. The box was a real Monroe box but was opened and sealed with tape. The shock has been repainted and there is no tape holding it in the closed position.

Pros
  • shock absorbers, struts and suspension
Cons
  • wrinkled

The product was terrible in every way

The product was terrible in every way. First, the boxes were sealed with tape. He pulled out the shock absorbers and it is clear that they were freshly painted, the fresh paint was worn off in the box. For the price I should have known. Would have sent them back but my client was waiting for it and didn't want to wait for the real redundancies to show up.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Requires socket
