This is amazing. Very simple, just remove the screw from the original cover, install a new larger one and tighten the core power. Once it is well grounded, the green light will illuminate. Safe, never had overloads or power surges. love these things. It made our kitchen more useful and since they have a USB we can use that too. An essential item in every household. I prefer 6 sockets but sometimes they go out.

I used to have an older model and used it to protect my treadmill. Of course we got banned. The plug is dead, no power. As soon as I hooked this new one up, my treadmill was back up and running great. It works! And I love the extra USB ports on this new plug. It's worth it!

I really appreciate the convenience of 2 USB ports and have bought 2 more. The only downside for me is how close the 3 exits are to each other. In the photo is my toaster and a lightbulb connected to it.

After a month or less of use, the USB connectors became very loose and now all the cables just fall out. The outlets are very close together, so if you want to use all three, just small plugs will suffice.

The product arrived within the promised time, no problems with packaging and delivery. The surge protector is designed to occupy both outlets of the outlet, which I wasn't aware of when I bought it. I don't really care and now I know what they meant by "wall mount design". If you want it to sit close to a wall and feel solid when separating items from it, you'll need to remove the socket cover and install the included screw. I inserted these and put three devices in the holes. Worked less than a week and stopped working. I disabled three devices and they still work individually, but this device still doesn't work. I would appreciate a refund and would not recommend this unit to anyone!

Great product, this is my second device. I mainly use this for my electronics and phone charging. Be sure to read the instructions before using this product. Some devices or electronics must be plugged directly into a wall outlet. Read your warning about your products.

I would give this unit 5 stars. I used to always like monster products. I have 5 different monster surge protectors at home. We had a very bad power surge last week and I kept emailing customersupport@monsterproducts.com with no response. There may be a better way to contact the manufacturer to discuss a warranty claim. There is no phone number on the website, only email. I even tried to contact them on Facebook and my post was deleted within 15 minutes so they would at least pay attention to…
