Came with a hole in the bottle which was in a plastic bag which leaked inside the box. According to Revain, this product is non-returnable. If I wanted to gamble and lose money, I would play the lottery. This is a good product, you just have to be careful how you use it. That looks great. But don't order it from Revain.

We used a product advertised as a grout cleaner. Unfortunately, and of course without warning from the manufacturer of this product, the cleaner appears to have etched the surface of the ceramic tile. We have tried many, many products, first to remove residue and then to restore shine without making the tile slippery. After seeing a suggestion online on a forum we used a good ol' Mop & Glo-Mop and to our delight the problem was solved!
