Great!: Gas Tanks

This is the perfect product for your RV. I use Mopeka tank sensors that come with metal clips. They are alright. They work. But if you ever need to take them off for any reason, they're basically a mess. Also metal on metal on metal. This product is perfect for my 30 lb propane tanks. Just the right level of comfort. Provides some cushioning between the tank and where it stands. To prevent corrosion. Just the right distance for tank sensors. The material appears to be of good quality. I would…

Perfect seal, wish it was cheaper

Looks expensive for what it is but the quality is really high. I like that it lasts longer than the aluminum washers that come with the sensors, which are fairly cheaply made, and the halo also completely covers the base where the washers allow for easy tilting. The Halo seems to be much more stable and easier to handle when loading and unloading tanks to fill them up. The spacers also added more space than was needed to mount the sensor. This solution is much better. The price seems high but…

Great in concept - gas tanks

This seems such a simple solution, but when your tank fits in a small square box in the fuel bay on the fifth wheel, that halo fitting in the holding box is almost impossible. The box is designed in such a way that the tank does not move, there is practically no extra space for this halo around the entire perimeter. The "rubber clips" that come with the sensors work better as you can place them on the tank where they don't touch the edge of the box. Although these suction cups almost always…

A little pricey but it works. (Maybe use one for two tanks)

The rubber clamps that came with my sensors lasted about 2 years. I first replaced them with aluminum clips for $10 for two sets. They are just as bad or even worse than the original (see their review for more info) so I ordered them, the picture showed a ring and the picture had bold letters saying 'SET 2' and the price was 28 $.80. When I received the package there was only one. I contacted Revain and they refunded half of my money. At the time I thought I'd have to order it again and get a…

Great but overpriced

This is way better than the crappy clamps that come with tank check sensors. They might as well have contained nothing but those clips. Also the new metal clips are useless although they are better than the plastic version. These halos raise the tank just enough for the sensors to work, and they do their job very well. I no longer have to struggle with tanks/clips and I don't have to worry about whether I've used the tank correctly. I am very happy with them for two seasons of use. My only…
