Extremely small area that needed to be lined up perfectly with the phone to work but once lined up everything worked fine. Then he just died. No light, no charging. Apparently this is a recurring problem with this one.

The charger worked for about a month. Now the light will flash very slowly and then start flashing faster. The phone does not change. Changing the position of my phone doesn't matter. I don't use a case for my phone. The problem is with the charger. Revane says the repeat period has ended. Buyer Warning.

Product worked perfectly for the first 5 months, then it became more and more difficult to find a good middle ground on the charging pad - you had to keep rocking the phone to to fix it. As a result, after 6 months he generally failed and stopped charging. Very annoying to say the least.

avoid this product first took 40 days replacement #1 lasted 30 days replacement #2 took 14 days replacement #3 didn't work at all. All replacement parts were supplied direct from Mophie. How can a product be so bad? I tried working with the manufacturer as suggested by Revain and all I got from them was rubbish. Now I'm out of my Revain refund period and have a 4th replacement that fails again!

I am not satisfied with the function of this device. Charging my iPhone with the charging pad takes twice as long as with the wired charger that came with the phone. I called manufacturer support who told me this was normal and was told I could order a larger battery if I needed to charge faster. I no longer use Mophie because fast charging is more important to me than the usability of the charging pad.

This worked great with my iPhone X. I have previously purchased a Ravpower wireless charger , which only worked intermittently . Mophie works 100% of the time without having to remove the case (Pitaka). It also works when plugged into a surge protector, which Ravpower wouldn't do. The light on the Mophie isn't too bright when charging in my bedside table and I don't like the light while I'm sleeping. I don't think you will be disappointed with it!
