Inaccurate readings are good for smartwatches

I bought a blood pressure watch after diagnosis, but after multiple readings and high hopes for low readings, I was disappointed when the nurse compared the watch readings to manual readings ( more than twice) and the clock went wrong. I have decided to return the watch. It seemed to track steps well, but I haven't used it for sleep monitoring or other tracking functions. My phone connected well when I downloaded the app and only got a few calls/texts.

  • Easy to use

Great little tracker at a very good price.

I have been using it for over 2 months now. The battery life is great and I charge POSSIBLY once a week and it works all the time. The mobile application is not complicated, but syncing with the device may fail. This seems normal when people put their phones down and move out of Bluetooth range. This device is equipped with an ECG/ECG monitor! As a former EKG specialist, I find this AMAZING. I'm sure it's not as accurate as a regular EKG machine, but it seems very close. Everything else is…

Only use pedometer

I chose this mainly for blood pressure monitoring, connecting to my phone and step tracking. I liked the idea of sleep tracking as I don't sleep well. Step tracking, no problem. Blood pressure monitoring is very inaccurate compared to a traditional cuff applied by a nurse. Sleep tracking is very strange. I've been wearing it 24/7 for over 2 weeks now, but it only tracks 3 nights of sleep. It connects to my phone and alerts me to calls, texts, and emails, but it's so fast I don't even have time…

So much for your money if only that were true.

I have checked the accuracy of the blood pressure on both my wrists and cuffs at home and in most cases it is quite inaccurate. The pedometer sometimes does not work at all or at least 30% incorrectly. Heart rate when walking jumped to 120, then quickly dropped to 60. Restless. It's a real shame because it has so many features for a small price. Loved trying out the ECG and BP features, so unique. I just wish I could actually believe any data right now. On the other hand, the customer service…

Jack of all trades, master of his trade

Extremely disappointed with this tracker. It vibrates randomly and when you check it you only see the time screen. I have my watch on my desk and it vibrates violently when my heart rate increases - again, the watch isn't on my wrist. I have not been to a doctor and have not compared the tracker to the nurse's equipment. I've tried phone text messages, but they're so small you need a magnifying glass to see them. As for battery life, I get about a day and a half rather than the advertised 5…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Communication with seller

The watch works well and after getting it right through trial and error, you get good useful monitoring. I like it! However, the instructions are not sufficient, they were not well translated into English and could have explained many things better. I also had trouble downloading the app because it didn't install from the link provided with the QR code. Because of all this confusion, I had to pause the application and factory reset the phone. However, the second install went smoother and now…

You get what you pay for

I was intrigued by the features of this smartwatch and for the price I decided to give it a try. I wore it almost every day for 3 weeks and that's how long it took it to become unusable. Pros: It's small, legible with most features, and pretty easy to set up. Tracking of steps, heart rate, and blood pressure was fairly accurate. I rechecked the BD functionality with the tethered BD monitor I have at home. It was not accurate, but was within a sufficient range to be used as a general guide. I…
