I love these little incense sticks. They come up with a timeline. The flavors are subtle and pleasant. A six pack is the best deal. I will buy this again.

Absolutely delighted. Morning Star produces high quality products. This is one of my favorite brands, it's such a light fresh scent, it doesn't have that burning woody smell that cheap incense sticks have.

These sticks can be fragile and break easily, but seriously, be careful. I assure you this is the strongest smelling incense I have ever bought. They really do smell like they should. Some of the incense sticks I buy smell the same.

They are half the size of regular incense sticks. The smell is nice out of the box, but that doesn't matter when the burn time is so short. The scent comes and goes before you can even remember lighting the incense. Their size makes them a novelty. In terms of functionality, it's a trifle and not worth $20.

The beauty of the free shipping is the only reason I ordered it here and not directly from Nippon Kodo. Mistake. They arrived in good condition but the smells were old and musty and reminded me of mold. Nothing compares to the quality I've come to expect from Morning Star incense sticks. I can only surmise that they were either improperly stored or just very old, possibly both. Do yourself a favor and just order from the company that makes them to get them fresh.

That's great! All flavors have a distinct aroma. Frankincense and sandalwood are my favorites. I use them for my Buddhist altar and burn them morning and evening while chanting. They don't have a stick like other incense sticks, so they produce less smoke, eliminating smoke inhalation while singing. The only downside is that they are short and only have buns of about 25 minutes. Overall great quality!

I won't lie - I've seen some of the lower reviews saying how small they are and given the rave reviews for 5 stars about the scent I thought quality was the most important thing! I was disappointed (expectation) with how small they actually were. I think it was just a human reaction. But the Japanese label and the initial smell inside the box gave me some hope.
