Useless Connector Disappoints in Every Way

This product did not meet my expectations and was a complete waste of money. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can confidently say that this connector is poorly designed and doesnt offer a secure connection. The only positive aspect is that it was easy to install, but that doesn't make up for its lack of functionality and reliability .Save yourself the frustration and avoid this low-quality product..

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Poorly designed, unreliable

Doesn't fit the 8/2 wire I have.

How difficult would it be to put a nut in the box? You'd better plan a trip to the hardware store or put some in your shopping cart when purchasing this item. I have an 8/2 cable I bought at a (blue) big store that needed a connector. I'll get this one working, but not after tweaking this one a little, although they do specify an 8/2 wire size for this connector. The inner diameter of the washer is smaller than the hole in the rubber, so it shouldn't be used at all if you have a stuck cable…
