The spring tension seems to be extremely high - difficult to manipulate when the TV is removed from the fixed part of the mount. A bit noisy (clattering) in operation.

I needed a RV mount where there was already a cabinet mount that would only fit the TV that came with the RV. I was able to drill some holes in the bracket that was there and screw the back panel onto it. Aside from being a bit difficult to separate the two pieces when they arrived, it was very easy to install. He's getting the TV out of the closet, so now I have the option to put a bigger TV in if I want. Very well built.
