What attracted me to this particular style of Mac case/cover was the colour, there are so many to choose from. I wanted something colorful and beautiful. I bought this particular case because I needed protection for my new MacBook Air M1 when using the elongated adapter. This is the only case I've found that didn't line up the entire side of the case, leaving room for an attached adapter. The case fits like a glove. I buy this particular MOSISO as a replacement about every few years; the quality was good. However, the last two I ordered only lasted a few weeks as they now use clear brittle plastic corner tape. After just a few weeks, the tapes break and the product becomes unusable. Also, this company prefers not to reply when I contact them. I'm sorry but anyone who cannot support their products or who does not have customer support should be their first warning not to purchase this item.

I read many other reviews and almost didn't buy it because they complained about the clear plastic ties that hold the top corners in place. People have said they break easily. I really wanted to like this. Looks great. Problems: 1) Impossible to insert the computer into the two clear plastic display mounts without tearing them. I only got to one side. 2) The cooling "window" at the bottom is too small to deal with the amount of heat the case itself is storing. 3) The "cooling window" shutter is difficult to keep open during use. (A short strap attaches the "valve" to the main body of the case, but the strap is too short so the valve closes all the time.)
