only lasted 2 months

At first I liked it, it heats water quickly, compact. However, it was delivered to me on April 30, 2020. Today is June 30th and I just tried to boil water. It wouldn't turn off AND THE HANDLE AND LID ARE HOT. It smells like burnt plastic and when you try to turn it on. the button just goes off. I'm glad I went right there, noticed it and turned it off. How do you know if there's a fire? Please be very careful when purchasing.

Please send me a replacement, this one no longer works.

I like my Mossy except on February 3rd you asked me to leave a review, today is February 22nd and my Mossy passed away. I would like another one. I tested it and it worked and I trusted and threw the box away, everything was fine for a couple of weeks. It doesn't turn on at all. Tried to connect in different places even at work and tried at home - same success. I want to return and replace.

This item is very cheap. Like what you get from Wish.com. Don't buy this if you value quality. Ignore the 5 star reviews. Those jokers that give 5 stars should also have a cheaper microwave and other cheap kitchen appliances. The base it sits on is very cheap quality. This is from the dollar store. If you care about quality don't do it, throw in another $20 and buy the right one, don't waste time waiting for shipping and realizing you these clowns giving 5 stars here, can't trust. Low quality product

This is very bad! I bought it on December 12, 2018 and use it carefully. It still looks very new, but today it is impossible to turn it on without a reason. I am so disappointed with the short usage time less than 2 months. This is really a waste of money.
