Great product overall; could be better

We use it for our internal firewall, IPS, web proxy servers as well as other devices to monitor traffic within those environments without having to purchase 3rd party products that are expensive. It's easy enough so any one can manage but is not cheap at this time when they have an annual licensing fee of $35k per site plus support fees of around $200-300/month. Not all features work perfectly which means we need additional licenses for some functions like bandwidth allocation etc. This does…

The thing I like best about this system is that when the system alerts me for a problem, it provides a link to where it can be seen. It would be helpful if all aspects of the software could be monitored. For example, system health, configuration, alerts, etc. Another would be useful is if there was an active community forum to help users with issues they are having. Great tool and great customer service

The best thing about this software is that it can monitor all your devices at once, so there's no need to check each device individually for its health status or other issues. It doesn't support any third-party tools like Pingdom/Google Analytics etc., which are very helpful when using them as part of our website analytics solution - but we're looking into solutions where these could be integrated easily if required!
