MotivEngine Incentive Manager Review

I like that it is easy for customers to use. It's not overwhelming with too many features. The reporting capabilities are good enough so you don't have to spend time writing your own reports. Sometimes there are things missing from the software but they respond quickly when you contact them. As others mentioned, sometimes some of the options can be confusing. For example, what does "Percentage" mean? Does that mean percentage of total amount or percentage of current period in which this option…

The ability of creating different types or levels is what I like most about this software for my business needs! It's very easy once you get used it - just create as many campaigns/types that your need; add conditions (if any); set goals &amp values etc!! This makes me feel good when we have so much information in our database but still not enough time at times because there are too MANY things happening around us. Also its web-based which means i can access anywhere anytime from where ever am

The ease of use for creating programs is one thing that I love about this software! There are so many features you can implement into your program with not too much difficulty (if any at all). Having said THAT though - there's no way we could ever do without it as our customers appreciate knowing how they have contributed in some small but meaningful manner towards achieving their goals each month or quarter etcetera through an incentive scheme via email/phone calls from us over time!!
