Review on MotivEngine Incentive Manager by Eddie Gordon

I like that it is easy for customers to use. It's not overwhelming with too many features. The reporting capabilities are good enough so you don't have to spend time writing your own reports. Sometimes there are things missing from the software but they respond quickly when you contact them. As others mentioned, sometimes some of the options can be confusing. For example, what does "Percentage" mean? Does that mean percentage of total amount or percentage of current period in which this option was selected? There were no other issues we had while using their product. We did find another solution after going through their trial version so maybe something else would've been helpful if we'd stuck around longer. We used MotivEngineto help our team keep track of incentives offered by us to employees who perform well. This has helped motivate our sales reps to do better work!
