Can't handle highway speeds. I attempted to use it the first day after installation (after tightening all the screws and hinges) and while it seemed sturdy, I hit 70mph and it slammed at me with the wind blowing right in my face . I stopped and guessed. The mechanism that allows adjustment uses plastic teeth. These plastic teeth sheared easily and lost traction, leading to failure. On the first ride I went with this windshield extender, it broke and flew away. It has an extremely cheap and short-lived locking mechanism that begins to fail at speeds over 70 km/h. I was driving on the road when I was 55 and the cheap set screws came loose and the windshield blew with it. I wouldn't recommend taking this if you plan on taking freeway trips at all. First off this 11.5" (280mm) Moparty extender arrived in a day from Revain on Monday. Installed and went for a ride. I couldn't believe it worked so well It was 55°, sunny and dead calm. I thought that because of the complete calm I had no wind at all. So much so that I immediately drove home, took it off and got back on the road. The familiar turbulence around her eyes returned back and her glasses rattled and her sinuses got cold again. So I drove home - on and off again! Absolutely dead air!

It really worked when I first installed it and briefly tested it on the Autobahn, it cut through the wind and helped a lot with the wobble. However, it "broke" the second time I drove onto the interstate on my way to work, the plastic hardware on one side just fell out. Luckily the screen itself stayed on but it collapsed and all the air blew in my face.
