Ideal replacement for driver side

Ideal replacement for driver side top 02 sensor. A few bucks more than Rock Auto, but with Prime shipping the price is the same and delivery is in a few days. Make sure you have the key for sensor 02.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Exact fit 2009 F150 4.6l

exactly fit 2009 F150 4x4 4.6l 3v Bank2 (driver's side) Position 1 (in front of the cat). I used a 7/8" box end wrench and a PB blaster to remove the old sensor after cutting the wiring harness at the sensor. The 21mm spline had no slack, half the price of the local one Ford dealer wanted.

Pros
  • is clear also to the old
Cons
  • Some little things

Motocraft is always the best route.

My check engine light came on intermittently prior to this adjustment. O'Reilly checked the code and found that this sensor was faulty. I replaced it with this Motorcraft sensor and the engine light is no longer on. When it comes to sensors, stick with Motorcraft, they won't let you down.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

It just works as you would expect!

Starts working right away! After only getting DTC P0050 and P0155 with an OBD scanner after the test engine suddenly started, my '09 F-150 xlt 5.4 was unstable at idle, fuel economy was also very poor, so after some research I get the position (Bank2 , Sensor1 means catalytic input, driver's side) and got the exact swap code, did the swap and bam! Goodbye, check engine, power welcome again! :)

Pros
  • One-year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
