Buy this is not fake!

We got the normal one from the auto parts store and it broke after a week. It took me 3 hours to complete this project in 1 hour but I saved $500. The following video was very helpful. I didn't replace the rear screw and it works great!

Pros
  • hands-free
Cons

All electronic parts were missing!

didn't work after complicated installation. After much frustration trying to find the problem, my husband decided to open it up. He also opened our broken part to compare them and found that the new one was missing all electronic parts! To make it work we took a cog from a new one and put it in my original drivetrain to make it work. DO NOT BUY THIS PART unless you only want to use the gear from it to repair your original part.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive

This is only for AUTO temperature control

After the first actuator didn't work, I finally bought the second one. When that didn't work, I opened it up and found the interior didn't fit in my car, although Revane said it did. After some research with the help of a porter, I found out that there are different actuators for manual control (604-209). FoMoCo's description doesn't say anything about it, and Revain only has a small hint of it when you test the setup (with HIGH OUTPUT AUTO CONTROL TEMPERATURE). If you check all the badโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Hard to tell

I installed it and the chip inside couldn't determine the position it was in so the motor just twisted and got stuck. I took the engine apart and noticed that the circuit was missing some components compared to the factory engine. So I just removed the gears from the new block and put them in the old one and my problem is solved. So I basically paid good money for a set of plastic gears that I had to pull out of the new unit because the circuit board was junk. So be careful, look elsewhere forโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • boring packaging

I think Ford should do better. There are reviews and forums with many.

Looks identical to the original but the problem is in the original. Ford puts these cheap doorknobs that have flimsy plastic gears inside. During our 2007 expedition, all 3 drives were removed. I replaced two in the back of the car but the one under the dash that monitors the temp for the driver is also gone and to fix that I would have to pull out the entire dash to get to it. Basically, I think Ford should work better. There are reviews and forums with many of these glitches as they appear in

Perfect replacement for Expedition 2008 rear air duct.

Installed extra air conditioning in the rear Expedition 2008 when the native started throbbing loudly. It is the same as the original and works great. Installation was easy and only took about 10 minutes from start to finish.1. Remove the rear cup holder and upper fairing cover by lifting them with something that won't scratch the plastic and pulling them up.2. The drive is right there, use a 1/4 8mm head for 3 screws then I loosened it being careful not to drop it into the platter. You willโ€ฆ
