You will need to drill holes for the bolts to get the bolts through. It's pretty straight forward though. Very durable and I love the way it looks. It also has rivets for fastening.

Easy installation. Required drilling/enlarging mounting holes to match factory bolt diameter on a 2011 Suzuki Boulevard C50T. Looks great. The chrome finish matches the existing equipment. No negative comments.

The only problem I had was the bolt holes were too small, I have a 2005 Suzuki VL800 and the info said it would fit but the holes are too small in the right place but the wrong size no big deal, i took the rack to a friends machine shop and re-drilled it and now it fits perfectly.

From other reviews I knew I was taking a chance and was right. The hole size was too small for the factory bolts. I already had tools for drilling holes. With that done, installation was easy. It seems pretty durable. He will do what I need. Just note you will need to drill holes, this is not a direct matching item.
