Can't beat the price.

Listen. It is CHEAP for a bobber/single seat. With that in mind, this is a great seat for the price. There really isn't much to fill, but since it's so thin I wasn't expecting much. I like the look and the color. The included springs and hardware are strong. Although I don't use any of it. Exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay.

Pros
  • Bring joy
Cons
  • Some problems

Make it work, it's pretty handy. And surprisingly good quality.

I built this seat so I didn't have to buy a mounting plate and it works great. Great quality, it has been on the road all year, rides hard and still holds up although there is no cracking or fading. Would get some sort of protection to protect it from jean chafing unless I was buying it again for another bike.

Great seat, springs not as pictured

Just received today, not tested on the bike yet and I'll get back to you when I do. I'm a little disappointed that the black springs shown in the picture were actually chrome plated. The quality looks great for a versatile seat. Can not complain. The tailoring looks great and the build for what it is is definitely worth the money. Although I was actually hoping for black feathers.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Great seat BUT missing washers for the springs.

I was surprised that the seat was so comfortable. It would get 5 stars if it came with the correct spring mounting hardware. I had to spend an hour in front of the Ace hardware to troubleshoot issues with different sized shims for the spring. That being said, the Rand/Elements seat has been in the Florida heat, rain and sun for 2-3 straight months. It keeps like new. GREAT SEAT, just missing all the mounting hardware.

  • Slim design

very good quality for the price

has more padding than some other cheap ones. The seat is big enough for a 250-pound dude. I tried the cheap ones on ebay and they were tiny with no padding and just plain crappy. it looks like a quality seat. but don't think you're going to just throw it on your bike. If you don't buy a seat made specifically for your bike, you'll have to do some work. I broke my grinder, welder and some steel to get the job done. and so far I'm happy with it.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • old
