Manifold fits Crf230F perfectly but muffler part will not bolt on without modification. Very inexpensive and beautiful product, just note that you need to have some mechanical skills to fit it.

I bought this for 2020 Tao Tao TBR7. It was a bolt-on job that didn't require much tweaking other than alignment. Of course, it's louder than stock, but it's only when you copy it that it gets a little louder. Clears the airbox 2 inches so I don't have to worry about melting it. Great cheap upgrade for CHonda

So very simple, you need a person if you can't weld because of the middle part yet. It needs to be connected to the muffler itself and the bottom from the engine to the top. So unless you have special heat foil/tape for the center, this takes work. Also, it looks great, excellent quality and looks.

I am trying to install this system on my 1980 Honda XL185S. I received the exhaust system in two separate packages. I didn't get the exhaust gas canister until Monday. Then two days later two pipes and a small spring. I emailed them the day after I received package 1 of 2 as I thought they forgot the other parts.
