It's not worth it. for accessories

Poor sound and transmission from Motorola T260. The product packaging didn't explicitly say it was compatible with this model, but Amazon recommended it as an add-on product, so I bought it. Almost completely useless unless you hold the mic directly in front of your mouth.

Don't worry about portable audio and video devices

Zero stars. This product is a scam and a shame considering my excellent experience with other Motorola products. I've tried different combinations of positioning, volume, channels, and mic distances, but never got a better sound than a distorted underwater echo. I'm not sure what else I can try to make them usable. Perhaps the manufacturing process is inconsistent or positive reviews are paid. I will return them. The chord length is also reversed, the mic head is very long and the wireless mic…

    Don't waste your money

I received a set of these radios with my Motorola T600 radios to use when my wife and I drove in different cars. because the volume was very low even when cranked to the max, but also because the sound quality was terrible. We couldn't hear each other at all and found they only worked in ideal quiet conditions. If there's noise around you, good luck hearing everything you can really make out. As many have said here, the mic is in a very awkward position along the cable, which doesn't make…

Can't wait to take them on vacation

They are great. For what is needed, demanded and expected, the sound quality is perfect. I wasn't expecting a quadriphonic sound system. Voices are clear and understandable, and the volume is perfect. They sit very well in and above the ear. After a while, you won't even notice they're on. I read in some reviews that the cable from the microphone to the radio is a bit short. I'm 6ft 1in and the cord reached comfortably to the radio on my waist. My wife totally agreed and it's amazing.

    Good headset for portable audio/video

Working with the volunteer security team, I found these very comfortable. The clarity is good in both reception and transmission, the only problem is that the cable from the microphone to the radio plug is not long enough when I wear it under my shirt. I've just started using them, so the question of durability remains unanswered. The X brand wireless headphones provided by the organization were unreliable, as were the radios, so I decided to buy two Motorola sets myself, which worked much…

Finally a Headset That Works in Noisy Environments

Why is the Walkie-Talkie Headset Market So Bad? I can pay $3 for something that looks like it came straight out of a happy lunch, or I can pay $90 for a paramilitary headset that works almost perfectly. Nothing in between. Yes, this was supposed to be a review and not an editorial, but having tried many products and they were all terrible, these headsets were adequate. They do their job, the microphone works. They aren't the most durable but they work in a live environment and for that I would…
